WHO WE AREWe look at the law differently.

Christopher L. Marlowe

Christopher Marlowe brings 15+ years of jury trial and civil experience throughout Florida and in several other states. His work includes handling a wide array of cases, including those involving negligent security, pool drowning, auto accident and wrongful death.

In one of his most dynamic cases, Marlowe was lead counsel on a hotly contested wrongful death case. The jury’s verdict awarded the parents of a young murder victim in Hialeah $12,000,000 following a 5-day trial. The case was named by TopVerdict as #1 Verdict in Florida in 2017 in the inadequate/negligent security category. As lead trial counsel, Marlowe has taken several other wrongful death cases to jury verdict throughout Florida, obtaining verdicts of $1,000,000 or more in Pensacola, Fort Pierce, Bradenton, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Marlowe has investigated, litigated and negotiated multi-million dollar settlements throughout Florida and the United States throughout his career. Case investigation and witness preparation has led Marlowe to the corners of North, Central and South America, following leads and witnesses wherever they may be found.

His work as lead counsel on sexual assault, robbery, homicide and shooting cases, has led to security and safety improvements at commercial and residential properties. Bloomberg News, CNN, Miami Herald and several other news outlets have interviewed Marlowe regarding his cases and consumer advocacy to improve safety at Walmart stores, school districts, transportation systems, public and private housing and many other commercial establishments.

His work experience includes personal injury, medical, malpractice, product liability and consumer class action cases. He also served as an assistant state attorney in Miami-Dade County for four years and tried in excess of twenty-five felony jury trials including armed narcotics trafficking, murder and other violent felonies.

Christopher’s dedication to his clients extends past the verdict or settlement. He has assisted several clients beyond the courtroom to lead and participate directly in victims’ advocacy organizations that offer aid and support to other victims of violent crime in their communities.

Christopher has been recognized on the “Best Lawyer in America”, Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite”, Super Lawyers lists multiple times and as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.” He is a member of the Coral Gables Bar Association, Miami-Dade Justice Association, and is currently the Parliamentarian of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association.
